POLITICAL RELATIONS AND ADVOCACY 

To be a distinguish country in the Caucasus region, Armenia has to evoke the most social and contemporary platform, where celebrates a Constitution, Laws and Policies which are focus in preserve the fair relationship in between Legislative, Justice and Executive forces, promoting wide and long terms reasonable life conditions for the Armenians, vision for a consistent democracy preservation for the people and being an example even to be followed by external spreading throughout Diaspora.

If Armenia will just be another of various countries of the region, foreign eyes will just compare us and judge on where they can get any benefit in terms of business activities. And the risk of been explored exist. But in Political Relations and Advocacy there has to have additional added values, where the Armenian example, can be distinguished and make a difference be part of our growth and future. These are basic uprights for a small country, but high in competence.

· Keep in balance all kind of international and internal recognition of human rights.
· Transparency in terms of the main objectives to keep Armenian internal stability and the relationship with foreign countries.
· Create outstanding sources to improve continuously the strength in between the various political houses and parties in being “productive” for the Armenian people, which placed them there by their votes.
· All main analyses and decisions that the government has to make, do it with open doors, with massive popular participation and transparency results.
· All kind of tools and resources to control and follow corruption chains must be part of all government houses, getting in control public capitol.
· The consumption of all inland rough material, either by Armenian or foreign companies, must generate from the opposite side, richness of all educational institutions, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, resource and development capabilities, because looking the Armenian land size, all kind of mines won’t last forever.
· In long terms, Armenia must be a center of intelligence, of excellence, of a strong critic mass capacity, in all fields of technologies, which can conduct human life and future existence more comfortable, safe, productive, offer fair life standard, levering generation after generation, with sensible nature preservation.

BUSINESS AND ECONOMY 

The base of the welfare is a just and honest capitol distribution of the entire population in the country. If there is a balance in between all population levels, where the richest can look into the eyes of the poorest and still exist smiles, hand shakes and a minimum of body guards around, then the long terms of an acceptable co-existence is formed.

Salaries and social benefits must provide all basic needs for the people, possibility of education, culture, sports and life quality improvements. People also has the right to have once a year a fair vacation, family existence and feel the future is preserved. The routes and the roots must be constructed always with the same hands, where the popular participation is given by heart.

To be so the confidence in between politicians, business men, bankers, militaries, religious and all civilian population must be part of the same life field. It is a day by day willingness of all population, with the support of Diaspora.

· Strength and compromise in internal capitol savings.
· Transparency in taxation, duties and promote equivalent return of results.
· Keep good health access for the entire population.
· Preserve life by forming familiar doctors groups, to support remote areas.
· All privatization must count on inland capitol safe capability. Considerable part of the revenue must be re-invested in Armenia and must have specific Laws to control capitol freedom movements.
· Bring into Armenia high technology industries, allowing high export rates and keep positive payment balances.
· Speculative capitol should be avoided.
· A strong independent central bank must control the capitol flows, keep Dram stable and overlook corruption chains.
· Armenia – Diaspora can create routes for Armenian companies establish subsidiaries in important markets around the world.

A final comment is the fact of homeless and poverty situation in Armenia. I live in Brasil since 1961, and after learned the local history, we understand why such a rich and huge country can still have more than 42 million people in complete poverty situation. Brasil is a young country, started as a Portuguese colony, where Indians were made slaves by force for centuries and after all, Africans were brought also as slaves. By millions.

During more than 300 years all kind of mixing situation and races miscegenation happened. A very high power and richness concentration was experienced for centuries. And today we see all effects caused by these unsuccessful comportment.

Armenia and Armenians are one nation and one people. It’s unconceivable our pure and unique population, with more than 2.000 years, strong Christian faith and we just celebrate 1,700 years of It’s adoption, all common sufferings, now let’s just happens such injustices. It’s blood of our blood.

We know, as stated in recent visit to Brasil by Mr. Robert Kocharian, President of Republic of Armenia, is a 11 years old nation, with a catastrophic earthquake in 1988 and a heavy war against Azerbaidjan, a recent dismantled USSR and it’s structures throughout 81 years of influence and domination.

Yes, many things are understandable. But still remain the tope of the arguing: it’s blood of our blood. And needs extricate from individual and personal benefits. Quick, fast actions must be made to preserve dignity, credibility, partnership, believe on the institutions, on the leaders.

Patriotism and Christian faith were and are the main feelings that moved us for centuries and centuries, preserving no matter what, our legend, our legacy. We cannot allow that in a decade and a little more, all these become dust and deteriorate a generation of our own people, which is suffering for things they never were responsible.

Everyone of us must understand the long terms results of these reality and the egoism effects, egocentric attitudes are only capable to show results in short terms. And our children, and grand children, and further generations will have the responsibility to keep and preserve what dignity?

INFORMATION AND MEDIA

It is a must part of the real existence of any country, community and social group to have very strong instruments for information and media. In a globalize world, where information has well oriented in certain interests, Armenia and Diaspora must create the tools to spread around the world an evidence of notorious media centers, which can provide an alternative source of information.

Armenia – Diaspora can create a joint center of information, powerful, linked in all main centers of the world, within Diaspora communities, where independence and transparency must be the main targets. TV and radio broadcast, associated with a web site / portal in the Internet, can be used as sources to reach as much as possible communities, regions and countries. Magazines and journals are complementary media modes.

All world nowadays feels that the information concentration and polarization is disturbing the real content, giving dangerous analyses as results and loosing creditability. It’s an unbalanced posture, which give the chance of opportunists gain prestigious, detouring interests and affecting welfare social co-existence among different populations around the world.

· Armenian journalists around the world can cooperate each other to form a worldwide link, without affecting regional interests.
· These journalists chain can be the platform of a centralized information and media source data base.
· Several languages must provide much more possibilities of access and participation.
· One Armenian language center must be the “editor” agglutination central desk.
· Once this portal is formed, funds must be raised to make the necessary advances to reach the next steps.
· Creditability, confidence, transparency, committed with truth, engaged with past, with the present and competence must be the engine fuels to enlarge and spread information, news and high level of culture, education, science and entertainment.

SCIENCE, CULTURE AND EDUCATION 

Armenia and Diaspora are very strong in these areas. Large cooperation field is a key factor to get quick results, allowing Armenian companies and Armenian Scientists obtain international recognition and a considerable patents registration.

Key areas are alternative energy generation sources, pollution, pests, diseases control, water treatment, agricultural and cattle-raising, earthquake proof construction technologies, computational and microprocessed based tools for general instrumentation, machinery, laboratory devices/equipment’s, mass transportation, aerospace and astronomy science. All kind of alternative solutions which offers new and simplest mechanisms to reach beneficial for the society and for the environment, must be incentive and supported. Music and all kind of arts, are part of the Armenian culture.

Education is the most important occupation for all Armenian children, which must learn languages, computation, basics of business and administration, monetary understanding, foreign and international policies, sciences, history, geography, civilian duties and human rights. Diaspora communities must support distinctive Armenians to reach important regional levels, where positive influence can be obtained, and representative personnel leaders can be formed.

· Teach all children and teenagers on basic life assistance for unexpected happenings.
· In the right ages, all population must participate and learn how nature preservation must be done.
· Continuous search and improvement, and increase life quality, avoiding smoke habits, excessive alcohol drinking and drugs of any type.
· A healthy society is the one which preserve the family as the unique source of dignity and prosperity.
· Children must respect older relatives, older ordinary people and parents must educate children with love, care, competence, being example, but without spoiling, without create a non-existent world.
· When is needed to say “YES”, say “YES”, and don’t change it more.
· When is needed to say “No”, say “No”, and don’t change it more.
· On both cases, if necessary to explain something, explain, but not change your attitude.
· Children must learn competence and be responsible, speak enough, hear a lot, practice individual and collective sports, play chess and backgammon, read good and constructive books. Read is always a must.
· All must read the Bible. And understand it’s essence. Be a Christian will be a consequence, a life style, without being weak or questionable.

DIASPORA AND ARMENIA: ORGANIZATIONAL/STRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT

As a result of the Genocide and centuries of being dominated, Armenians felt be part of a foreign culture, co-habitant of others territory and in certain regions, on our own ancestral land dominated by others, survived in faith and impregnated in blood registration who we were, from where we came and dreams, hopes and wishes for the future.

One of key factors Diaspora and Armenia and all Armenians around the world will feel we are one nation is when an official recognition will come up and will be stamped in the human being history, all facts about our almost disintegration. Armenians from the holly land will look Diaspora as part of them and vice-versa more strongly and tight. And this is the bottom neck.

Once we transpose this huge step, all remain connections will become physically real for all nations around the world. And all afflictions, anguish and omission will be gone. Every time truth is placed in its right location, it creates a sensation of relief, of plenitude, even centuries after.

And once our plumbs are able to fill its maximum oxygen capacity, than our long terms energy is again available, and we will be able even move further in future, and make more wider plans and think more flexibly and have a happiest semblance.

On Organizational & Structural Development main research is the strengthens in the direction to obtain the complete recognition of all these facts and reconstruct the past, exactly as it happens. All these joint efforts will demand patience, persistence, more and more and better and better preparation of well known specialists in history, going into the main institutions worldwide and make an ant job. Imperceptible but consistent and durable.

All remain important actions will happen naturally, in acceptable range of attitudes, because when truth is a platform, any load can be placed, due to a sustainable structure.
