Subject: PROPOSAL

PROPOSAL: 

RE: DECLARATION OF SPECIAL RESIDENCY STATUS/CITIZENSHIP FOR ALL ARMENIANS AROUND THE WORLD. 

In order for Armenians to keep their identity and survive as Armenians in the Diaspora they need to create social and/or emotional ties to Armenia. 

In order for Armenia to keep her independence, prosper and survive she needs the economic, financial, political support from the Diaspora. 

FIRST: To Achieve our goal of survival ARMENIA MUST ADOPT A RESOLUTION THAT: 

All Armenians and all those who claim to be of Armenian decent should be considered Armenian Nationals and as such they should be under the protection of the Armenian Government. 

SECOND: A STATUS OF LEGAL RESIDENCY PAPER BE ISSUED TO ALL USING DATA BASE WHICH IS AVAILABLE THROUGH RELIGIOUS AND POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS. 

THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS WILL BE A PART OF ADOPTED RESOLUTION. 

1. This residency paper will allow : 
   -Armenians to travel to Armenia without any Visa requirement. 
   -Acquire real estate and participate in business ventures with the same rights and privileges as natives. 
2. This residency paper will NOT allow : 
   -VOTING IN ELECTIONS UNLESS FULL CITIZENSHIP IS ACQUIRED. 
   -TO PARTICIPATE AND HOLD ANY ELECTED OFFICE. 
3. Requirement to keep this particular status by imposing a yearly TAX by the Armenian Government 
   to be paid to the Armenian Ministry Directly.
