7:30 pm - The São Paulo Municipality Chamber will pay homage to the Martyrs of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, with a Solemn Session whereby the Municipal Deputy Gilberto Natalini will present his Project of Law that recognizes the Armenian Genocide, the copy of which will be sent to the President of Brazil, Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, asking the National Assembly and the Government of Brazil to condemn and recognize the Armenian Genocide.

10:00 - HOLY MASS - A Holy Mass in memory of the victims of the first Genocide of the 20th Century will be held at the Armenian Catholic Church on Viadelorossa St. held by Arch. Kevork Khazoumian.

Morning – PROTEST - A protest in front of the Turkish Consulate in Jerusalem dedicated for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

9:00-11:30 – HOLY MASS - A Mass dedicated to the victims of the first Genocide of the 20th Century will be held at the St. James Armenian Cathedral in the Armenian Convent under the patronage of His Beatitude Torkom Arch. Manoogian, Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem and with the participation of foreign and religious dignitaries and members of the Armenian communities of Jerusalem, Haifa and Jaffa.

11:30-15:00 - MARCH - A march from the Armenian Convent to the St. Savior Cemetery with the participation of the Armenian Patriarch, foreign dignitaries, the scout bands of Homenetmen and Hoyetchmen followed by the community members. At the Cemetery flowers will be laid on the Arara Monument where the bodies of Armenian soldiers are laid who fought the Turks in the Holy Land with the British Army. After prayers on the monument a speech will be given by a representative of Homenetmen Jerusalem, after which a march is expected from the cemetery to the Armenian Convent passing by the Walls of Jerusalem’s Old City and chanting Armenian patriotic and national songs. At the Convent coffee will be served for the souls of the victims.

20:00 – COMMEMORATION - A special commemoration will take place at the Alek Manoogian Auditorium dedicated to the 90th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, and with the participation of community’s various organizations.

SYMPOSIUM - A symposium held by His Excellency Mr. Tsolag Momjian, the Honorary Consul of Armenia in Israel and the Armenian Studies Department of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
