| General Information |
In 1969 in Stepanakert was
opened the branch of Baku Pedagogical Institute. In 1972 it became independent
Institute. In 1990 was opened the branch of Yerevan State University of
Architecture. By 13th October 1992 decision of the Government
of the Republic of Armenia the branches of Pedagogical Institute and University
of Architecture were united and on this basis was established Artsakh State
University. |
