Neurope.eu -- The Yerevan-Stepanakert flights may be launched in October this year.This was announced by chairman of the commission on financial, economic and budgetary issues of the Public Council of Armenia Vazgen Safaryan, ArmeniaLiberty.org reported.

He said the provision of the small air flight Yerevan-Stepanakert is important and necessary both practically and politically.

He stressed that co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group often avoid trips to Stepanakert due to lack of time and adverse weather conditions.

However the provision of these flights will help settle this issue, Safaryan said.
