According to Hrayr Karapetyan, serious reforms in several directions are currently being implemented in the army. He believes that the most important is the regulation of the legislation of the sphere. He attaches importance to giving the force of law to the Disciplinary Code of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

According to Hrayr Karapetyan, the document has been submitted for international expertise. It will become law after passing some procedures.
