“Radiolur” Hasmik Dilanyan -- The Armenian-Iranian business forum has kicked off in Armenia and will continue through June 24. Eighty-nine Iranian companies and 108 businessmen have an opportunity to find fields of cooperation with their Armenian colleagues.

A similar forum was organized in Tehran four months ago. Director General of the Armenian Development Agency Robert Harutyunyan voiced hope that a number of agreements would be signed as a result of the meeting and the commodity turnover between the two countries would increase.

Iranian businessmen are interested in a number of spheres of cooperation with Armenia, including tourism, carpet-making, food production, etc.
